In this Annual Report we look back on a year marked by social-political upheavals, economic disruptions, rising protectionism, chaotic operating conditions brought about by large-scale cyber-attacks as well as service deployment changes within the shipping industry. Despite the uncertainties, we continue to work closely with our partners to improve cargo flow and enhance trade.
