On 18 August 2019, PSA Marine deployed a new dual-fuel LNG harbour tug, PSA Aspen, to perform her first towage operation and successfully unberthing of a container vessel in the Port of Singapore.

PSA Aspen is a 50-tonne bollard pull harbour tug designed by Robert Allan Ltd. It is equipped to operate in either diesel or LNG mode and is compliant with IMO emission requirements. A second dual-fuel LNG harbour tug, PSA Oak, will be joining the PSA Marine fleet by October 2019, with both new additions to the fleet being reflective of PSA’s ongoing commitment towards environmental sustainability.
