Mersin International Port (MIP) won the “Port Operator of the Year” category for the ninth time at the 2019 Atlas Logistics Awards. Held in Turkey on 14 November 2019, the awards ceremony took place in conjunction with the Logitrans International Transport Logistics Exhibition at the Istanbul Expo Centre, bringing together leading companies from across the logistics sector.

The Awards serve to recognise successful companies as well as leaders in the logistics industry. Nominees are evaluated on a set of criteria including turnover, number of employees, container and general cargo volumes.

This accolade is testament to MIP’s high performance and service levels, its continuous investments to improve facilities, as well as a competent and engaged workforce alongside customers and stakeholders.
