Marking a significant milestone, DCT Gdansk (DCT) container terminal in Poland recently became the first terminal in the Baltic Sea to cross two million TEUs handled in a year. DCT loaded its momentous two millionth container in the early hours on 20 December 2019.

Ending 2019 with a full year throughput of 2.069 million TEU, DCT is coming out tops amongst terminals in the region, further strengthening its position as the northern gateway to Central and Eastern Europe.
