PSA Marine Completes Acquisition of Tramarsa Flota

PSA Marine has achieved a significant milestone with the full acquisition of leading Peruvian maritime services company Tramarsa Flota. The Stock Purchase Agreement was signed by Managing Director of PSA Marine Peter Chew and CEO of Inversiones Piuranas S.A. and Grupo Piurano de Inversiones S.A. Marco Peschiera in Lima, Peru on 12 February 2020.
With the acquisition of Tramarsa Flota S.A. and its subsidiaries, PSA Marine will now operate in over seven countries globally with a fleet of more than 100 harbour crafts and 300 harbour pilots.
Incorporated in 1994, Tramarsa Flota is a premier port services company that provides an integrated service offering of towage, pilotage, launch boat and offshore services in 10 major ports along the Peruvian coastline. It owns 45 vessels, including 17 tugs, 23 launches and five support vessels for diving activities and other marine services.
