“If you have always done it that way, it probably can be innovated.” – This is how Jimmy sums up innovation in a nutshell. This spirit is probably what puts him in the driver seat at PSA Marine to oversee the conceptualizing, planning and designing the execution of the digital transformation roadmap that can be useful to the service offerings of PSA Marine.

Jimmy is particularly excited to witness and be part of Industrial Revolution 4.0, seeing how it changes the way we work and offers the opportunity to optimize operations quickly and efficiently. The transformative changes with the advances in technologies driving them, such as AI, robotics, IoT, 3D printing will radically disrupt businesses and also impact our way of life.

Jimmy’s advice to budding innovators is to be creative, passionate, proactive, persistent and have the ability and tenacity to bring innovation to fruition.

Just for fun, we asked Jimmy what he thinks a car will look like in 2050.  Jimmy foresees that cars in 2050 will move on the ground, in the air and at seas. Propelled by electricity as we battle against CO2 emission, it will also be fully autonomous with fantastic features and functions that provide totally different experiences made possible by greater connectivity and technologies.
