The Innovation Management Awards 2020 are an annual event organised by IdeaScale, an innovation software provider which hosts the PSA International’s iCAN innovation platform. PSA International picked up the ‘Best Innovation Process’ award this year in a category which recognises the most detailed, creative and impressive workflows for progressing ideas from the point of inspiration to execution within the IdeaScale community.

iCAN has become a resource for any PSA business unit hoping to ideate on topics both small and large that could bring about innovation and change for the better across the Group. The platform systematically elevates ideas from contributors to a community-level, where moderators and other users can vote, comment on and build upon these further.

The built-in translation function helps all users read and comment in their preferred language, thus breaking down any language barriers across the globe. Moderators route ideas submitted on iCAN to internal Subject Matter Experts for evaluation on whether the ideas are suitable for implementation.

This accolade is testament to PSA’s commitment to fostering an inclusive culture of collaboration, where every idea is considered, and diverse perspectives are heard and valued for the good of the Group as a whole.
