PSA Southeast Asia (SEA) marked the 20^th anniversary of COSCO-PSA Terminal (CPT) with a commemorative event held at PSA Horizons on 14 November.

Among the distinguished guests were PSA International’s Regional CEO for SEA Nelson Quek, PSA International’s Regional CFO for SEA and Chairwoman of CPT Board of Directors Kwong Wai Yan, and Managing Director of COSCO Shipping Ports Zhu Tao. Representatives from PSA International and COSCO Shipping were also in attendance.

The 20^th anniversary signifies an important milestone in the remarkable journey of CPT since its inception in 2003. Serving as PSA’s pioneering joint venture with a shipping line in Singapore and COSCO Shipping Port’s first overseas investment, CPT has progressively expanded from a single berth operation to five mega berths today. With an annual handling capacity of 4.85 million TEUs, CPT stands as an integral transhipment hub for COSCO Shipping, playing a pivotal role in enabling their global network.
