Codes are all around us, in both visible and invisible forms. Codes of programming operate technology. Codes of encryption hide our data and information. Codes of ethical conduct govern our decision making and behaviour. At PSA, our Code of Business Ethics and Conduct defines how we do business – with integrity, courage and commitment.
In this Annual Report, we look back on a tumultuous year marked by economic slowdowns in many parts of the world and disruptions arising from socio-economic and geopolitical upheavals around the world. Amidst these challenges, we continue to work closely with our partners to improve upon operational excellence, while at the same time, innovating to their advantage and expanding into adjacencies so as to strengthen our future-readiness.
