On 30 August 2022, PSA Penn Terminals handled its one millionth TEU since joining PSA in September 2019.

To celebrate this record achievement, PSA Penn Terminals and its partner, Independent Container Lines (ICL) invited the terminal’s management, union members, staff, partners, and customers on board the luxury yacht ‘The Rendezvous’. Guests enjoyed a nice meal and were able to witness the one millionth TEU being offloaded in real time from the ICL ship Independent Quest, with a terrific view of the Delaware River at the same time.

PSA Penn Terminals CEO John Brennan was very pleased with the work that his team accomplished, saying, “We would like to congratulate our staff whose hard work and determination made this achievement possible.
