In a first for the terminal, PSA’s New Priok Container Terminal One (NPCT1) in Indonesia has been awarded the “Most Favourite Terminal Operator on Administration and Reporting Compliance” at the Harbour Master of Tanjung Priok Awards 2020.

NPCT1 beat 11 other terminal operators in the Jakarta port area to clinch this award. Held in December 2020, the Tanjung Priok Awards are presented to service users in the Port of Tanjung Priok who have shown good performance. Companies are evaluated on a set of criteria such as the handling of administrative documents, number of shipping incidents and shipping intensity. In total, only 11 out of 100 firms who have activities in the Port of Tanjung Priok received accolades at the 2020 Awards.
