Saudi Global Ports (SGP) has surpassed its prior record and achieved a new vessel productivity level of 197 moves per hour, for the vessel CSCL Arctic Ocean on 18 September 2019. The terminal handled a total of 6,425 containers (or 11,164 TEUs) within 33 hours of operations. The previous record by SGP was achieved in 2018 on the vessel COSCO Kaohsiung, at 183 moves per hour.
